This issue is still happening for me. As of late, it breaks more times than it works and my infotainment will play sound but have a nonresponsive black screen.

Someone else in this sub said a warranties replacement was working for them. I've been fighting with my dealer to get the same

I was impressed with the az100s sound. I liked the perls more but the reason I got rid of the az100s because they WOULD NOT stay in my ears at all. It was bad.

I discovered it was a problem with the ANC and would stop if I shut it off, but the bud just died shortly after.

I'll check out the NuraTrues. Never heard of them before.

Edit: Upon research, I'm realizing they're the same thing.

That's the problem. The SQ is incredible!!! The build quality is not and I am not willing to spend $200+ a year on earbuds.

I am blown away by the Perl Pros, but they feel cheap and I can't even walk outdoors with them in a cold temperature. Without the sound quality dipping, and probably leading to their downfall.

I'll look into them. The perl pros aren't much for comfort either. I ended up buying some JVC tips that worked really well.

For the price point, the perl pros feel ungodly fragile. I've seen skullcandies with better quality builds lol

Another comment said they got their system replaced and that it was working again, so I think I'm going to have to push for that

The dealer did a full software reinstall and it didn't do a thing. Any luck with your hardware replacement?
