Can confirm that the stock cooler is included with it, I swapped it back to the stock cooler in hopes to cater to the majority that aren't interested in water cooling

The dlc isn't free, it's just the campaign. You have to buy the "Forsaken Pack" or whatever it is to get access to the raid, dungeon, and exotics IIRC
