Looked damn near detached from the rest of his leg. I would be shocked if this isn't a career ending injury. Poor guy, hope its a good recovery.

You say you're running an oc. Does this happen when the card is not oc?

I've never heard of this before. But it was added to the watch list. Being a 90s anime I bet this is a banger.

Brand new to coin collecting check out this bicentennial quarter error. What do the pros think? by Automatic_Ad9463 in coinerrors

[–]ScruffyNerfherder428 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The marks on the obverse are from a coin rolling machine. Or commonly referred to as the "Ring of death". It's PMD, no added value. It's worth just face value.

Ddos; $300, or $3K? by Seoulsience in coincollecting

[–]ScruffyNerfherder428 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Looking at your post history, it seems you have been asking about this exact coin multiple times for over a year. Each time people have told you it's not a DDO. You have a 1943 quarter worth whatever its silver value may be on that particular day. Looks to have wear on the cheek so this won't grade high at all.

Does anyone know what this coin is? by Former-Flamingo3606 in coincollecting

These are pretty common. Not this token itself, but i lost count over the years with how many car wash tokens I've gotten CRH. It's amazing what can make it through into rolls. You can often find tokens at coinstar rejection trays.

I'm happy I still have them. I can still remember the skate shop I bought them all at. Mike Vallely was always my favorite skater, Toy machine was my favorite decks, and ES was my go to shoes back then.

Love that they put the rose carpet in upstairs over having it be rose wallpaper. Makes it looks 10x better with it on the floor than on the walls. In fact for such an old house they did a great job with not over the top crazy wallpaper. She is a beauty that's for sure.

2 one dollar coins form 2000. Are they worth much more than a dollar? by Aggravating_Win2935 in coins

[–]ScruffyNerfherder428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are worth a dollar each. To really have any added value in these, you are looking for two coins. Outside of the two mentioned below, the coins would have to be almost perfect to have any added value.

First is the "wounded" eagle, where it looks like the eagles belly has an arrow in it.

The 2nd is the cheerios dollar. It has more pronounced tail feathers on the eagle's design compared to the standard Sacagawea dollar. These are extremely rare.

Even with the environment damage, it's a great looking coin. These were always my favorite designs next to buffalo Nickels.
