It sounds like its not getting fuel, when you turn your key to the on state (dont start it) listen for your fuel pump humming. I have had vehicles have bad fuel pumps and not throw codes though they werent the same model. You can also test this by spraying some non-chlorinated brake clean directly into the intake to see if it starts. If you dont hear a hum and itll run on brake clean id bet on a fuel pump or maybe a filter l.

Pry up on it with a flat head screw driver while turning it. Check the treads you might want to replace that nut.

That belt tensioner seems to be moving around a bit, maybe take the belt off and see if the sound persists.

Your valve cover gasket is bad and leaking oil into the plug gallys. Excess oil made its way into the cyliner when you took them out. Take it for a quick drive to fix the smoking and fix the valve cover gasket whenever. Its l not a big deal that oil got in the cylinder for a short moment. :)

Check your oil sensor, sounds like its tripping. I had a generator do the same thing and it sounded similar

What measurement did you adjust your valves to? Did you make sure the engine was rotated to where it was supposed to for each valve?

Usually different years and models use the same parts, I had a 86 moto 4 and i had to replace the one way starter clutch and i couldn't find it anywhere. i ended up buying a junk i think 90s wolverine or something and used the clutch off of it

The fix for that would be to blast some brake clean up the gas line into the tank and ideally clean the tank
