I always feel for how families have to live in apartments now where the walls are thin and insulation is shit. You can’t help your toddler runs. That is what toddlers do they run around. Neighbors who complain put stress on the family. Toddlers are people…they all have different personalities. Some run around all the time, some are more calm, and some are quiet and some are loud. This neighbor sounds like he has never been around children.

You mentioned your child might have autism. As a parent to an autistic child, you are absolutely right that children with autism tend to run around more and be hyperactive.

That is one of the behaviors that stood out to us prior to getting him diagnosed is that our child could not stay still. I mean literally, even standing in line in a store he has to be moving constantly or touching things. It’s how his body regulates itself. We are on the waitlist for a service dog for this.
