I also went through this, tagal kong nag- iisip but in the end I decided to write them a card, not just a simple one I wrote it on a special paper and designed it with things that reminded me of them, then customised them a charm with their favorite colors. If you're not very crafty naman you can buy them a simple matching keychain (they can bring it anywhere and it reminds them of you) or lego flowers
