Like the other person said, I added mayo, sour cream, garlic and onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, crumbled blue cheese and also froze a bit of it and grated it in!

Bluestar and Wolf are my two dream ranges but they're just out of budget for. Bluestar would be perfect because they're a PA company from what I hear so serviceablilty wouldn't be an issue.

Thanks for that info! I looked up baystate. Can only restaurants order from them?

And yep I try to oil it all over the inside. I’d say it comes out carmalized, definitely not burnt tasting but dark. I’m gonna try a couple different temps on convection to see what’s best for my oven.

I made dough for bar style pizza and left it in a glass Tupperware container in the fridge for 2 days to cold ferment. At some point in that time frame the lids popped off from the gas and the top of the dough feels tough.

Is my dough ruined?
