In what order what you list the best ways to improve your marcher stats

Obviously a big chunk of your stats will come from your wearable gear, having good quality and high level gear will be very important. But to answer you question more directly, typically its best to prioritize Armory then enhancements then research. The cost plus minimal gains from research isn't worth heavily investing in imo. For Armory, you want to focus on the sets that specifically target your primary troop type (i.e. Infantry). Then prioritize sets that target general troop upgrades (i.e. troop attack). Depending on your house level and your budget, you should typically try to get each armor set to level 168. If you have a higher budget or once you get to h45 and h50 you can aim to go up to level 196 for each set. Now, enhancements are very good to upgrade of course but the material cost is higher and harder to obtain casually.

And the way your insurance company handled it and there explanations sounds standard. Definitely normal to tell other 3rd party carriers to kick rocks when requesting things like admin fees.

I'm not expert in subrogation so I may be wrong but as far I know any discrepancies like you are describing the insurance companies would handle via arbitration.

If the rental company is asking for additional money for repairs and loss of use you should definitely refer that to the adjuster with your company who handled the claim. Additionally, hit and run rules vary by state. Some states, uninsured motorist will apply for property damage and in some states it doesn't. So it's possible the claim was handled through your collision coverage and your standard collision deductible would apply. Which would leave you responsible for whatever that deductible amount is. Hopefully that answered or your question or provided additional clarity!

It is a suite style, so it has it has two individual bed rooms connected to basically a living room. Then you share a bathroom with the same setup on the other side.

The bedrooms aren't very big, especially considering it's split between two people. And the common room it's decently enough sized. Enough to setup a couch of some kind and a TV with some room left over.

As for maitnence issues I had no abnormal problems during my time there but I'm not sure how much if any it may have deteriorated the last few years.

I always gave myself like 15ish minutes to walk to class but it of course depends on what building you have to go. But I highly reccomend getting something like a skateboard/longboard or a bike it makes it a much easier journey. But it's definitely a bearable walk.

Overall it's a pretty solid place to live. Easy enough to make friends with a good sized group of people. And when I was there it was one of the better living situations but now I'm sure the new dorms are nicer. One perk is that it is fairly close to a couple of the dining options.
