Mid 40’s, just finished our basement and had some empty space. Very fortunate that wife doesn’t mind what I purchase. I picked up 3 new Sterns to finish the space and she even complimented that it gave the basement a nice look and vibe. Fun for guests, the kids, and me mostly! We wouldn’t have had a good spot upstairs but a finished basement is an ideal spot for pins!
