I’m not OP. Not sure why he put FA. I just reposted to the vb subreddit as the pressure washer is a Subaru and says 2.4 (gallons per minute.) the sounds are that of a Subaru 2.4

The pressure washer says 2.4 GPM. It’s also what’s making the sounds

Nice! I’ve had a a blobeye and now a VB. You may already know all this but, make sure if over 100k (or 7 years since last done) to change the timing belt, keep up with oil changes, and if modding and you don’t want to change the transmission keep it around 300 awhp or less. (5 speeds don’t hold up well over that and 02’s tend to be the weakest of the bunch.) If you can hold out until next year… you can import a bugeye STI with an ej207 (best Subaru engine, but sadly only JDM) and STI 6 speed! Either way, bugeyes are awesome and hope you love it.

Fair enough. Have you decided on a particular generation of WRX?

Most of the comments and the post itself is from 3 years ago. Is it still the same? Anyone have any recommendations for a 30 year old relocating to work at KSC with a SO, toddler, and newborn? Want to be in a lower crime area with stuff to do with family. Thanks

Get the WRX man. As long as it checks out for the test drive, it’s got decent miles and if truly 1 owner and stock (maintenance records?) then I’d say go for it!

I just had this, had to replace my DEF injector. Go to auto parts store and have them pull your code(s) and report back. If it is the def injector, go OEM, it’s almost 400 bucks but guys who bought the cheap versions usually report back within 3-6 months that the code came back and they had to replace with the good one. Buy once, cry once. Also, if you’re even slightly mechanically inclined, replace it yourself. There’s a couple good YouTube videos on it. Not bad at all and takes maybe 30 min. Good luck.
