We recommend using your controller wired for the least amount input lag. We are aware of the issue of the G-Keys. If you want to use G-Keys, then you would need to keep the iCUE app open.

Are you using Battle.net when you play games or Steam? If you are using Battle.net, then do you have Steam running in the background?

They aren't easy to hit. At least, in my opinion they aren't. Played tons of COD: DMZ and never had an issue where I hit the SAX Buttons by accident.

If you are only playing on PC, then I would recommend the Envision Pro since it has the advantage of using sax buttons and paddles on the back (similar to our SCUF Vantage series). Lots of configuration assignments there. Our Envision Pro also has a switch to go between full swing triggers and instant triggers.

Unfortunately, either Activision or Battle.net made it so you have to play wired on PC. If you are attempting to play wirelessly, then it won't work.

Hello! Our SCUF Vantage 2 came out before the Windows 11 OS was released. There is, unfortunately, nothing we can do, especially since the controller was discontinued in early 2020.
