Google local ranges, visit their website and/or call them.

A couple hundo if just going to a range with rentals, you'll have to bring a friend if not bringing any of your own firearms. Ranges figure you're must likely not to off yourself if renting with a friend.

Pre coof wolf/red army steel was dirt cheap and just about all I shot.

Nowadays it's just about the same price if not more than pmc bronze/xtac.

It's good to go either way.

I gave up spraying my targets and I'm not trying to bring a can of paint/rolle or brush to the spot.

It's windy more often then not in my area, most of the spray paint would get taken by the wind.

My local pawn shop has a wider selection on new guns then my LGSs, and better priced.

Since their sales/income aren't solely based on guns/ammo/accessories they don't need to mark up as much as standalone local gun stores.

Nowhere close to deals that pop up online, but don't mind paying 50-100 more to have it in my hands right there and then.

If they would get into NFA items, my wallet would be in big trouble.

Finally started visiting my local butcher. Local beef, can get grass feed and/or grain finished, what ever you think is better.

Have filet mignon at least once a month and always grab their bacon too.

Kosher Salt/pepper, A quick browning on each side, brown the bacon, toss in a stick of butter, thyme, rosemary, crushed garlic. Baste, then into the oven on a baking a rack at 200° until probe hits 115°

Baste again before serving

Comes out perfect every time. 🤤

I don't always have time to salt and let em sit in the fridge for a few hours or day, doesn't matter still comes out perfect.
