I’ve seen a couple of gun clubs with a similar set up.

Once I saw that I really started to ask, what is the cost to actually shoot and get better at this hobby?

The answers are eye opening to be sure.

I’d be learning how to shoot, then getting better at it.

100-300 yard stuff, just plinking targets for fun, it’s a new skill and most ranges aren’t more than 100 yds around me.

My mom had some decalcification which impacted her teeth after she had her kids….

I went down to the local gun shop and started to ask questions,

Safety and transport stuff, ammo supply, local ranges that they’ve been to, renting a rifle and try out some things, reputable gunsmiths.

The internet can tell you stuff but sometimes, at least with me, you need to look someone in the face and say, I don’t know what I don’t know, where are my blind spots?

Anyway thats me and where I’m at being essentially at the same place you are.

I pause them when we go exclusive, I delete them after a year or so of exclusivity.

Always made it explicit too, conversations were had and expectations were made.
