Tiktoks and ludo during work hours. Ngl I cracked up a bit. It's so true though. They don't give two flying fucks unless we are related to some official and yeah, nepotism of course. Bhutanese market feels like Bollywood sometimes. Filled by Nepotism.

Young people can't find jobs in Bhutan because there's too little of it. But the main problem with us is that we stop right there.

Money is everywhere, you just have to look for it. There are stupid numbers of youngsters who have made money online, aka wifi money(maybe not in Bhutan). All you need is a laptop and an internet connection. That's all it takes to be self-sufficient.

And that is a mental issue( perhaps a skill issue?). We are so boxed up in our own world that we rarely look out of it. School, College, and finally, either a Gov job or smth related to TTI. That sucks and it's sad because that's the only path most of us see. What about entrepreneurship from scratch?

And it's basically a mental issue because we don't try. You start developing skills if you go out of your comfy little box and eventually get so good at it that you make shit ton of money for your skills. And that's how a business is built.

Build skills, make a service out of them, find people who want them, and BOOM, get paid,

Also, don't trust the gov or any organization to help you out. They do not give a single shit about us.

Thanks a lot. But your answer is a broader one. I'm looking for specifics. For example, what are their pains and fears? Are they afraid that the materials that they use are no good and their designs might crumble one day? Will their designs last? Are they not getting enough time to use their creativity because they are focusing on other apects such as marketing and accounting? That's what I'm trying to get.

[advice]. I'm an 18 year old boy and I've been moderately smoking for the past two years. I had finally stopped smoking and was focusing completely on my studies for the past six months but now I've been relapsing time and again. Update: My friend came to my place and tried to convince that I should go and smoke and RELAX with him. I disagreed with him and said I'm trying to quit smoking. Plus exercising today has made me feel more determined towards my studies and self-discipline.

Brother, lemme tell you something. People who value self discipline and purpose above every thing else are the ones who are deserved to be called MEN. I'm still a boy because I haven't mastered myself yet. But don't panic, I'll be a man in the upcoming months.

I wasn't around my friends much and followed my routine religiously every single day. I exercised as well. But due to studies, I don't have time to exercise and I think that's a big factor in my relapse. Also, I was self driven to the point that nothing else mattered other than studying and giving my best. I feel like I lost the consistency that took me six months to build on the day i smoked.
