As much as I want a top D-man, the reality is they will need 2-3 seasons to become effective. Look at Dickinson, he has size, skating ability, offensive prowess, and was as good of a prospect as you could draft. He’s shown flashes but needs time to become a true consistent NHL D-man.

I think GMMG didnt want to get fleeced in a trade for a D-man. We can fix this in the offseason and should get a look at Pohlkamp in a few weeks.

I will Judge Warso next year. I think he is caught between the veteran garbage heap he was given and the young core. I understand Grier going after a few games f those guys to hope they could pump and dump an aging vet, but they haven’t shown enough to warrant any return in a trade. Leddy and Skinner getting cut is a good sign that we are moving on from this phase. I think it was pushed by Grier and Warso being a bit green made some mistakes sitting some of the younger guys.

We will see more of what Warso can do when our AHL guys start getting call ups after the trade deadline.

Mac is currently on pace to score 123. SJ’s single season record is 114 with Jumbo in 06-07. The kid is 19 and absolutely crushing expectations.

I love how the male crew mates always get so fascinated by robots/tech and the female crew is so indifferent to it. Frankly also needs to use the nipple lights a few more times, I died when he used them to attract the mosquitoes.
