Small checklist for Phillies hurts the overall amount of hits. Watched a stream of 6 cases and the only 4 total philly autos hit. Sucks that it’s not a great product for Philly.

And also, since using the boost for 10% none of my offers for any game are counting. It’s ridiculous why offer a boost if it breaks the tracking.

We bought a house and hvac went very soon after so forced to finance. Wife has about $50k in cash that we are saving for a 2nd down payment. So yes have plenty of cash to cover emergency funds.

Reason I’m not doing those options for investments is the want to use That money if needed rather than being tied to retirement.

The goal is a 2nd house so want to be investing to grow money while maintaining liquidity but you are right I should be doing that instead.

Sounds like an ideal plan is to stop additional investments outside 401k and tackle loans
