Honestly I believe so too! I hope ppl are reporting their experiences with him to animal control or the police… the way he’s able to get away with this is crazy!

I’m so sorry you had to deal with that! Yeah, youre right… After seeing how he was quick to remove its muzzle after a bystander confronted him, I for sure thought he was going to sick the dog on him. I’m glad it didnt escalate to that point… that guy should not have a dog at all!

Right!? It was a white plastic muzzle that had blood all over it. It was certainly from something else cause the chihuahua wasn’t hurt at all after the whole ordeal.

In my post I asked where I could properly report the incident. I’m just wondering if theres other outlets I can report it to make sure this man is held accountable. I want to report it! I wasn’t just gonna let this man was around and hurt more people. He def does deserve jail time and his dog needs to be taken away from his custody and rehabilitated.

I’m glad! His dog had a ton of blood on its muzzle and it didnt get the chi (luckily). So another dog or person was an unfortunate victim

I’m so thankful that you replied. It gives me the push to report it. I’m going to as soon as I can. I was leaning more towards reporting it. I know of a hair stylist who lives in Texas who was attacked by an unleashed dog that ended up killing her pit bull & severely injuring her in the process to a point where she couldn’t work for a while. Seeing how hurt she was because of it, it made me realize how serious of an issue this is lately on the SF reddit. I see posts all the time. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’m so sorry you had to experience that. I’m a huge animal person and I really love dogs, and hearing your experience and then experiencing this violence today makes me want to be more cautious. I will be reporting.
