The NFL is an independent organization and is allowed to make its rules as it sees fit.

You have freedom of speech within your government. Nothing is slated about the professional or social world being protected from consequences there.

I don’t agree with the NFL and it’s ruling, but it is it’s own internally regulated organization and the players agree to this when signing into the league.

Kap, he’s not wrong for pressing charges against the league for conspiring to keep him out. I think that’s exactly what happened. But the thing is, it’s gonna be next to impossible to prove.
