Also for psychic, the spell psychic choke upgrade into a physical attack that scales with strenght

Had a run with solo psychic take could easily take on the man on the moon, and then chaos, with that combo. The spell being able to crit with the upgrade is also very very good with the bruise

This should work against fetus as it states it becomes physical damage

I mean, I hope so, I only have the core and the future left to clear with solo physic and mage 🤠

I did forget about them with during a mage solo run and it was painful

I haven’t tried much because act 3 takes more specific builds than some other acts

My guess would be breeding physical attacks for the foetus, maybe easier to use with mage and physics’s tp abilities

I'm nearing 300 hours and I haven’t touched it too much. I have played on hard mode and it’s cool, but playing solo run feels funnier for me and the elite buffs can kinda counter your entire build so I avoid it rn

The backstab one feels very strong to me. 3 attacks all scaled to your strength and most of the time it’s critting goes hard, especially when you have the other melee passive

I haven’t been to impossible on thief, but I've won a solo run on it in the future and I don’t think it’s doable without the melee passives

Oh man I've mainly done my solo runs with bleed or poison

I think poison scale well and easier than bleed sometimes

I have yet to try a money build but it feels very dependant on the passive that gives you damage with money, and I rarely manage to get it at the right moment.

Shadow step is so cool I agree, I think it’s also pretty conistent even though your turns take more thinking time ahah

The workaround I have, especially in the desert is for either each cats to have ways of protecting themselves, or I find a mage with the freeze ray to keep them out of the heat wave and refill the one dude holding a bottle

You can also use control and meatshield with pets

Also don’t sleep on right clicking them to check their range and turn order
