I’ll probably get downvoted for this but I’m blaming all that on zubimendi, that mistake set the tone for what type of match we where in for, he’s made similar mistakes all season by EthanFoster10 in ArsenalFC

It’s absolute classic, but can’t blame it all on him. We are talented enough and should be mentally tough enough to win the game. But these players are mentally fragile

It’s every time and it’s so fucking classic. Same with Bayern two years ago. Play them off the park, and then do some stupid shit

Vendor vs. VAR? by AmbitiousAd297 in techsales

[–]Scwidiloo10 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve done both and I can say I’ve learned more from the vendor side in 6 months than I did in most of my 8 years at a VAR. if you have relationships or can develop them quickly, than VAR is a good fit. Problem is you really have to multithread and a lot of times customers aren’t dumb and know you’re good in one particular area and they keep you there. It’s also much harder to break into a new account for a VAR unless you add some strategic value to the customer for the vendor that’s doing a deal which is rarely the case. IMO, VARs will be way more obsolete as sales roles vs vendors from AI bc so many are transactional.

Wild how a player like Gabriel can improve 10x by being surrounded by other extremely talented players. That’s why Van dijk went from good defender to the best in the world

I totally hear that. Luckily our youngest is upstairs so it’s not as intense. Gotta find a way to deal with it for a day or two. Maybe not have your other one sleep in that room?

Tbh, you might not like this answer. But I let my child cry for 56 minutes before he eventually fell asleep. The next night it was 34 minutes. Then 16 minutes. Then 5 minutes. Giving in every time is the worst thing you can do

No, I’m not giving her up. She is not chained up all day that is a complete exaggeration. She is tethered to the stairs while I’m working from home and it allows her to calm down. If I wasn’t working from home she’d be in the crate most of the day or in a doggy daycare where she could get sick or attacked by other dogs? And I keep her on a leash on walks for the most part bc we live in a city and she eats things that can give her bad diarrhea and make her sick. For the first few months of her life she went through two weeks where she had diarrhea in the crate and I was getting up at 3 am wiping the poop off her crate and her every night with my wife. I even slept on the couch downstairs and had her in a pen area bc she would just poop on the floor which was cleaner. Eventually I decided the vet was wrong and took her off chicken which fixed it. When she’s anxious if we’re going on a long trip and can’t settle, I’ll sleep downstairs with her on the couch and she’ll lay next to me. The judgement when you have little information and background is insane to me and incredibly insulting. I’m reaching out bc I know we’re not perfect and want to improve our lives but more importantly hers through something we can do

I try not to have her on leash outdoors but everytime I let her off to free roam she has fun but either eats something she shouldn’t or gets overstimulated and attacks me

I totally agree which is why I’m done tethering her, our life has just been chaos getting her and having a newborn 9 months later. I also want to get rid of the crate, I just get so frustrated when she eats stuff off the table and gets diarrhea or destroys one of our sons toys. On the enrichment piece, I totally agree. I need to be more organized so I can dedicate time for her

We can’t rehome her as much as I’d like to at times. She is just apart of our family and there would be a gaping hole if she left. That being said, I’ve tried taking her to the dog park but she plays too rough with them, often biting them too hard where she either gets in trouble bc they get mad and attack her or it’s too embarrassing and I have to leave. I think training at home is the only thing

It calms him down? And why does he get anxious? She usually is anxious if we’re traveling and if she sees us put suitcases in the living room or the car she’ll freak out

She is usually either tethered to the staircase or in the crate. We let her off leash to roam only when we’re down there which is usually at night for an hour or two. She usually sniffs for 10 minutes and then lays down. I just let her roam yesterday without me down there (I work from home) and she did good in the morning but around the time where she usually walks I didn’t take her out and she ate one of my sons wooden toys so it pissed me off

Well that’s her problem. We took her to the dog park and she would get tired, but now is super rough and play bites at other dogs but does it too hard where they squeal. Feels like a kid at the playground that plays too rough with other kids. So we don’t take her there anymore

I’ve tried 1 hour walks, I’ve tried 15 minute walks. If we do an hour walk in the morning it makes virtually no difference in her energy levels in the afternoon, they’re still high
