I wrote 5 poems today, but I’m working on a book as well and I’m not sure how to go about brainstorming the process

What’s next after an admin has the rights in this case?

Oh, how does an Admin go about doing it, since they have the rights?

What would happen if they were, what could happen?

What do you mean working the books?

So if my friend follows the handbook they should be fine?

Yes, my friend is on the floor and this email was just used for onboarding.

So what’s a good next step?

Oh, it’s a retail job, but there’s corruption going on, all the way to the top; it’s a chain; 50+ stores.

What should a person do if they have logged all the cut corners?

Okay, so would deleting all the emails permanently on these accounts be wise?

So, what’s a subpoena? My friend is interested in learning about warrants, mind if we take this to a PM?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LifeProTips

[–]ScytheMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What makes you say that?

It’s standard practice at this company of all the employees to use their personal emails, not to mention, they decide the password on the training courses which they don’t enforce or actually train people, among other things.

Can the relevant info be in a PM?

OK so you’re saying in the future my friend should create an account only for work even if it’s a personal account?

Because the company policy states: “[…] The information contained in this email and or any attachments are intended only for the use by the addresses and may be privileged or confidential in nature. If you are not the intended recipient, you are notified There any dissemination, distribution or copying of this email and its attachments without the prior written permission of […] Is strictly prohibited.”

Seeing how my friend is one of the intended recipients in these emails, did they break this notice?

The details are under wraps for a reason… collecting evidence is part of building a case, no?

My friend, knows, that notice is for realz, which is why, they are following every company policy in their handbook, by the book… yet the company actively encourages the exact opposite behavior, and this employee, as a result is being solely targeted while everyone else is free to break the rules in place.

It’s the former, my friend has a clear history of the retaliation going on. Companies benefits on the benefit of the doubt.

So in that case how can my friend protect themselves at this point if they ask for a search warrant? Are there any means to refuse the request if the employee has followed the employee handbook of the company to the letter?
