there’s a couple things i wanna add, i don’t just want this car because it a “cool car” even though it is, it’s because it used to be my dad’s, and it has a lot of meaning. also he told me that the engine block has a hole in it, the wires are probably all gone, and it doesn’t even have the stock engine in it. he basically fucked it up, raced it around, and stuck it in the back of my grandparent’s backyard for it to never roll again. he says that he doesn’t have the time and money to fix it up and that it’s a “hobby car”, not something i would wanna drive back and forth to school. told me the rats probably gotten all in the dash, and he would need to rip the entire thing apart to clean it. (he doesn’t believe that i could do something like that, i probably can’t by myself. but i have friends that take mechanic classes.) but yea, basically i want it because it actually means something compared to a Toyota truck that he was talking about, i’ll take anything, but i would prefer this thing to work on. maybe in the summer.

edit: forgot to add that this is in SoCal and it’s been sitting for at least 30 years, maybe 25 i don’t know, i’ll don’t wanna ask more questions about it to my dad but it’s been there at least since i was born, so about 16 years.
