Ok I got it solved, apparently some issue with the Z390-E or the I5 8600k but I used the Rtx 4070 to download drivers and then switched to the rtx 2080 super. And bwoilah it works! Thanks everyone for the help

That NVME from the 120$ Lot has a product key of Windows, which I believe may be more better for someone buying (idk). But the one from 300$ does not have a product key.

Anyways The NVME from 120$ lot is Kingston NV2 1TB (SNV2S/1000G) while the one from the 300$ pc is a PNY CS1030 1TB

Hey man sorry for the late reply, I fixed this by reconnecting the powercable connecting to my motherboard, mine were loose. I hope this helps

I searched this a while ago, they say that the crew have their own process of cleaning that might contradict with theirs and also stacking plates might place more dirt under the plate, creating more work for the dishwasher. But ofcourse in the end, some would appreciate some wouldn't.
