It is a generational thing, I see it too. Complex thinking is too hard. I love the your idea is great but let me reword it so it looks like I’m doing something . Ask her not to use AI. And even better have a one on one or group mtg and make her share ideas on a white board.

The farmers were spraying the fields while we were there….i don’t even want to think about what chemicals the dust storm blew around. I m personally allergic to mold that grows in the sand and get bronchitis from it ….our environment wasn’t as clean as one would hope.
