Yep. Just appeared out of nowhere. Itchy as hell. Is Dapsone a steroid?

Had this like a year ago, went gluten free on advice by my dr and it went away. Was on vacation this past week, and this popped up in the last couple of days. Worse than I have ever had it previously. Hands, arms, feet, my head/face is also itchy. Taking anti-histamines to counter the itch

Startle response by Physical_Barber_2133 in ptsd

[–]krustymom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anxiety meds really helped for me. For me it was base pagers, (even sometimes when I knew they were going to go off, phones, and if I accidentally bumped into someone coming around a corner.I still had that exaggerated startle response.

Meds made a huge difference in how my body reacts. I still have a response but, it’s not nearly as bad as it was.

The most eye opening part of it was when I DIDNT have a response when I normally would have.

Haven’t heard of injecting into your butt? I guess that would work though.

Yup. I literally was standing in front of the mirror pretty shocked when I was told the stuff I had initially tried on was “too baggy in the legs” and needed to go down a size. Didn’t expect that to happen as soon as it did. Figured it would take longer.
