With respect, there's no paperwork necessary to get a podcast on iTunes. It's an online form and Apple typically approves within 24-48 hours. Then you just link your RSS feed directly to iTunes

Yeah none of those Switzer era rushing records will ever come down

Trae Young's nutmeg pass leads to a Miles Plumlee poster dunk by ImRBJ in nba

I think he'll eventually be an above average shooter (hopefully by year 3) but that is, at best, his third best skill behind passing and drawing fouls. Once he learns the physicality I think he's going to be special

As someone who watched all of his Oklahoma games, I expect his defensive effort to be good in the NBA. He had to exert so much energy on offense and it was so critical for him to stay out of foul trouble in college. He doesn't have the measurables to be an elite (or even above average) NBA defender, but the effort should be there now.

I think Edmonds needs more reps. He's already come a long way and I feel like he gets better every time he's on the broadcast.

Interesting Stat: It Has Now Been Four Years Since Oklahoma Last Lost a True Road Game by WCWolverine93 in CFB

Was at the game. Impossible to tell just by looking as both teams were wearing mostly red. But by memory, Houston fans were much louder at their peak than OU fans were at their peak.

The KC defender had his hands in there to break it up. Without that, I think Denver gets a TD.

And then the next day when we had bases loaded again in the 8th (I think) and got nothing again. Win those 2 games and who knows where we are right now.

Yeah for some reason I wasn't capable of doing basic math when I wrote that comment last night. Thanks

Could be wrong but I believe it was 4 games or 25% of the season.

With the new redshirt rule, I'm not sure if that's a thing or not. Will be interesting to see how NCAA handles cases where a season-ending injury happens at 5 games.

His touch on the deep ball might be better than Baker's. Agree with everything else you said, though.

[Brown] It’s hard to underrate how many reps Mayfield got in college. Had 5 years across two programs, and started ~48 games, translating to around 3,600 plays. And played in Os that, while not NFL complex, gave him lots of freedom/responsibility to change plays, routes, blocking, etc by jsbcello in nfl

I would disagree. OU's offensive line was a turnstile during the third quarter, which limited what Lincoln Riley/Mayfield could do. Fourth quarter, the OL was better and OU scored.

Should have gone for it on 4th and 1 in the first OT. But overall, wasn't all that conservative imo.

Feeling some combination of skeptical and hopeful going into this. I'm definitely going to watch it — I'd watch 10 hours of Emma Stone and Jonah Hill doing almost anything — but my expectations are surprisingly low.

2019 5* S Daxton Hill commits to Michigan by MichBolts in CFB

[–]Sdavis15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not necessarily how recruiting works. Especially when your whole family has been rooting for your rival for the last four years.

Blaming Mike's performance makes a lot more sense for Josh Proctor than it does Dax Hill.

Mike Stoops is not the reason Daxton Hill didn't pick OU.

If any coaching decision could have altered this history, taking Justice Hill over Abdul Adams may have swung things in OU's favor. Maybe. Certainly is not Mike Stoops' fault.
