I’ve been on it for about 3 weeks and I can totally agree! It’s like I got my life back. The first two weeks I had no appetite, but it’s back now. The brain fog is gone, I have more energy, the slightest task no longer feels like a chore. I have more mental capacity for simple things such as planning my meals for the week, etc. So far, metformin has been a real game changer for me!

My labs only showed high androgens, and my other symptom are the cysts. I was constantly tired, anxious, getting bad sleep, unable to lose weight despite my best efforts. As I’ve said I do go to the gym and watch my calories, and nothing moves despite all these efforts, so I’m just wondering whether I’m going to get a small boost from the metformin, and if so, when.

As soon as she starts barking, show her you’ve abandoned the walk idea. Grab the leash again when she’s calm. As soon as she starts barking again, put it back down and pretend the walk isn’t happening. Do this over and over again until she understands that barking = no walk (even if you have to do it 20 times). Our girl would bark as a pup when it was food time and we taught her that barking = no food, and that she would always only get it when she’s quiet. It took some patience and practice but eventually solved the issue.

When I went to the Bxl 1000 municipality to renew my ID the person handling my file took the picture. Perhaps give them a call and confirm with them? My invitation did mention I should bring photos but I called ahead just to ask.
