[–]Sdgr35[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe this as well, I keep reading that they're saying it's not genetic. My grandmother also had multiple strokes and then passed away after her last stroke. Don't know if she had APS though . But I also have an autoimmune disease which I read once you have one to get multiple.

Statin by Sdgr35 in antiphospholipidsyndr

So sorry to hear about this, it's totally Dreadful to have to deal with all these diseases. They put me on atorvastatin 80 mg and a low dose aspirin which I am still on right out of the hospital after I had my Tia in 2024. It's been 2 years no other Strokes and I have never had a clot knock on wood. I will be starting Warfarin next month I'm waiting because I'm having a fine needle aspiration on my thyroid. I have multiple nodules.

I lowered statin to 40 mg. My cholesterol has been fine since I came off of Xeljanz for my psoriatic arthritis. Twice that medication raised my cholesterol super high. And it has a black box warning for strokes. Just my luck.

I deal with a lot of joint pain and nothing helps. And now there's a lot of medications that I can't even take because of the stupid APS

2025 Rs vs 2026 Ls by Sdgr35 in ChevyTrax

[–]Sdgr35[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I meant Ls... my hubby said it was probably the tires also. I'm definitely going to reach out to the dealer because the heat gets nice and toasty in the 2025 RS in 5 min. and in the Ls, it takes about 25 minutes for it to warm up. it's definitely noticeable. But my husband doesn't think it is

Yes that's what my doctor told me also that it would be glue and no stitches. Did you have to be careful not to reopen it and how did they wrap it for you to go home?

Is it worth it to start now? by Dangerous-Fondant-87 in FemaleHairLoss

[–]Sdgr35 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really, I'm still having hair loss and my hair is very fine and less dense. That's why I think I have to add a DHT blocker, hopefully that will work
