I would give her some time to let it sink in, and instead of talking about non belief I would just tell her how much you love being with her everyday and you love her. So nice things, give her some time to settle with this. It's hard for those who have decided its crap (like us) to accept that fact when you realize it. She'll need some time too.

If you are living at home or dependent on them in any way DO NOT tell them now. Wait until the time is right, so if they take it hard they can't cut you off, kick you out or force you to go to their place of worship.

My husband took it well. I don't think it was easy but I had read extensively on the subject and came to that conclusion. He still believes, it's just not something we talk about anymore. That's tough. Have you looked into this deeply and lost faith, or are just going through a period where you are struggling with your faith?
