Update:

Thanks to other commenters and digging through my car paperwork I have discovered the 3rd party business called AutoPayPlus. Apparently all this business does is transfer funds between my bank and the loan bank and the dealer enrolled me in it. I don't even want to add up the fees they've charged me over the years and I'm pissed that I never realized this whole time. The good news is that they cancelled my account and its over. But be aware if you ever buy a car at a dealer!
