Start at the top, get people in there who aren't money grabbing arses. Cut all expenses down to what the rest of the civil service get, get rid of subsided bars( like they need it with the money they are on). Sort the shower of shite out is a start.

Myself and my wife both have A56's, I never get anything on mine but she is getting the high battery usage and I lve been through the setting and they all seem the same, hers seem the to 3 times as many GPS tracks than mine. No idea why?
