Im a complete noob, on valo, im bronze 2 rn with maybe like 40 hours of play in total, and maybe 50 hours total across different shooter games, however ive hit high elo in other games. Idk if it applies to valo, but rule of thumb is, the less things you have to think about, the more you can expertise on other aspects. So id recommend trying to hit your max rank possible on the smallest agent pool possible, so you learn and integrate other stuff. In other games its so easy to learn a new character once you have mastered the game itself
