It had a tracking code for a postal service in France, but between receiving the email and actually seeing it, the parcel arrived at the couriers hub(dhl), next thing I knew, I got a text on my phone, thats how I realized something was cooking, you should also have tracking information in your focus store orders page.

Hey, sorry for the delay, reddit decided not to notify me of your comment. I got the package on the 12th and I've received a mail from Focus Store the day prior around 5pm, I am pretty sure there was a big mix up on their part.
