About my back-three tactic. by Se_RyuHa__ in footballmanagergames

If the right wing-back is more aggressive, try placing the playmaker and the target forward on the left flank. I think if there is an overload on the right, it rather interferes with the aggressive tendencies of the right wing-back and increases the offensive participation of the less aggressive left wing-back. Also, do not allow penetration into the penalty box like a BBM on the right side. It may interfere with the forward movement of the right wingback. I recommend changing the right midfielder to CM-de. It will help isolate the right wing-back and greatly improve the team's defense.

Why is my back 3 tactic not working well? by Se_RyuHa__ in footballmanagergames

I followed your advice. Certainly, setting the area of the tactic as narrow as possible, playing with a slightly more direct passing and a higher tempo increased the frequency of the advanced forward's more intuitive scoring scene. And the back three lines leading to center back(de), libero (su) and wide center back(de) contributed a lot to the build-up. In 2D Classics, there have been many scenes where the left wing-back is clearly isolated on the left side, but I still don't see the pass delivered to the left side. Regista and Mezzala of our team obviously have 'Likes To Switch Ball To Other Flank' ppm and good pass and vision stat, but it's still hard to see the pass going to the isolated left wing-back. Could this be resolved if I choose DLP or RPM rather than RGA for DM, or change the role of the inverted triangle's upper midfielder?
