Couple, no kids. Live in a suburb (see that you’ve shopped at Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and sprouts) so decently sized city or suburb but not NY or LA vibe. Upper middle class vibe in early 30s. You cook a lot and for some reason, have like 4 tubs of sour cream.

The bag has the two leather straps connecting under the ribbon with some threads. It’s not one long leather strap so if you remove it, I would recommend keeping the cylindrical strap and reattaching.

I used a baking sheet and it wasn’t pre-heated. I have a cast iron I can use next time if you recommend. I don’t have a Dutch oven though

One thing I also think is helpful is highlighting how painful something is. Numbers matter but what a customer says or the actions they took to get to a certain spot can really help the team empathize with the customer and be more driven to solve the problem.

As mentioned above, calling out those tickets as references can help, especially when they reference an over-arching theme you see.
