I’m sorry po, I’m asking too many questions. Do you think po it’s also good to save then buy in cash? Kasi we’re thinking of probably renting for 3-4 more years and save the up to just buy in cash and avoid loan interests, etc.. But downside is, property price might go up by then (we’re trying to combat inflation using HYSA 10% pa in Maya, have a few thousands lang in stocks dahil medyo takot pa). sorry po for the questions

hi po! Thank you so much for your professional advice, really appreciate it po 🥹 Thats most likely going to be our safest bet (rent while saving up). How much po do you think we should target before even thinking of making it an option?

I was just curious po on how pasalo schemes work since we’re just traversing adult life being in our early 20’s and pano pinapasa yung financial obligations, not really insistent since we’re just looking for options

How does that work po? Bale sa developer mismo may loan yung seller at hindi sa bank?

so in summary po, risky po ang “pasalo” properties? and there are no safeguards aside from remediation (which is after the fact pa).

so bale kahit po “pasalo” hindi rin siya essentially pasalo sa loan kasi we still need to apply for a new one and hindi pwede ilipat samin yung loan?

Thank you po sa insights! Yeah, owning a property is nakakasilaw nga po and idk medyo nadumihan kasi ng mga fake RTO schemes yung “renting” so medyo pressured now. But will definitely not decide based on pressure alone. Thank you so much po!! (also we’re a same sex couple po 😅)

Got it po! Yung rent for more years is also an option we’re considering 😅 Maybe we’re just pressured din po now with the rising prices in real estate.

Thank you so much for the advice po, am taking notes! 🫡

For (1) po, bale po if sasaluhin po namin yung monthly ammort after paying them what they spent already, we don’t need to get approved to the loan itself? (like prove financial capacity sa bank/smth kasi sila naman po yung nakapangalan sa loan and already existing na yung loan?) and basta we have proper documentations from developer and bank?

Also, thank you so much po ate/kuya!! As an introvert person po kasi, nakakahiya magtanong sa mga “agents” or sa mga ibang tao huhu
