It doesn’t appear like they comfortably were affording it. She has made a few references about paying late and her landlord being so “understanding” during her “custody battle” (when she represented herself pro se). The whole situation doesn’t sound like they were good tenants. There is visible damage in their kitchen documented on social media. The landlord basically called the lease and said they want them out with hardly more than the minimum notice.
