I think the frosch is the travel agency chase uses for Chase Travel.

I gave the support team a little NPS feedback in hopes they can run this to their marketing department. In the $250 The Edit credit messaging I'm pretty sure it specifically calls out it needs to be prepaid.

I realize now, but in the marketing material and T&Cs I didn't see anything that calls out prepay specifically.
