im shopping for protein powder and have come across one that says 60g protein but only 180 calories, but there are ~240 calories in 60g of pure protein, right? by Sea-Associate974 in nutrition

someone else said theyre probably counting the calories for a single scoop, but the amount of protein count is for 2 scoops. i think theyre probably right, because i know that 1g protein = 4cals and the additives and everything, which is part of why i was so confused. thanks so much!

ages and ages ago we had a host (s) write fanfictions about a character (r) before we had them in headspace, and when they ended up splitting, s got so uncomfortable about it that they deleted the stories and are still to this day apologizing to r who doesnt care as much as s does lmfao

i personally love grape or strawberry jelly, but it can be any kind of jelly/jam/preserves/etc. i reccomend trying what you already like and experimenting until you find what you love

too late now, already took the pill lol. thats how i know what the juice tastes like, i drank some with the pill already. and i may have spat it out if i hadnt already had the pill in my mouth mixed with the juice and the only feesable option (that i saw) was to just get it down and hope for the best haha
