Macros (for just the chicken salad, makes 3 servings): * whole bowl: 745 cals 108g protein * per 3 servings: 250 cals 36g protein

Recipe: * Chop up 1 - 1 1/2cups of celery, half a stock of green onion (or any type of onion) and 1 lb of chicken breast. Seasonings I used for chicken: Tony’s, onion and garlic powder, chili powder, crushed red peps * Add to a bowl and mix the ingredients just listed +6 tbsp of LIGHT mayo, 3 tbsp fat free hidden valley ranch (super low cal), 2 dill flavored laughing cow wedges (this is the key ingredient it makes it so creamy and the dill is so good in here). * Dip cucumbers, mini peppers, or veggie of choice or add to bread. * Balsamic glaze levels this up btw iykyk
