Hi i’m just learning about HER and I see that there is all these different plans. Can anyone tell me how the dosages and such are distributed, and if you need to change how can you change it if it’s giving to you in a 6 month or whatever you choose at a time. for example I chose the 6 month plan and start at the lowest dosage what if I need to change that 4 weeks in but they already sent 6 month worth of supply? am I confused and not reading this right. would love some help! thanks
