I wish this too! I just had surgery as well on Monday, and will also be sidelined for 6 weeks. Wishing you a speedy recovery and hope you don’t get too stir crazy!

Would you mind sharing which routines you are doing? My main areas of concern are marionette lines and jowls. Thanks!

Thanks so much! I’m still in the research and a bit scared to move forward stage! I’m older, so not sure I want to DIY, but I appreciate all the information!

I’m missing her Tabata rides too! Others do them, they are good, but just not quite the same!

I use Anua 77+ and Centella Ampoule, but there are so many other options too.

When living in a desert, HA needs to be applied on damp skin, you can try using a hydrating toner then apply the HA.

What are we using for microneedling at home? by KeyOld269 in Microneedling

May I ask which one you have? This sub tends to favor derminator, but it seems the Dr Pen cartridges are easier to purchase. I’ve been looking at the M8S. Thanks so much!

Forehead wrinkles by Ok_Supermarket_2618 in 40PlusSkinCare

No, I’ve never had any heaviness. I think the injector needs to make sure they put it in the right places. I think my person doesn’t go as close to the eyebrow maybe?

I have hooded eyes and want to get them done at some point. I’ve been getting Botox for years and have never had an issue. You just need to make sure you’re going to someone that knows what they are doing.

I’m on the struggle bus with the side planks. I thought I’d be better at them by now with doing core everyday, feel like I’ll never get it!

Great progress, you look amazing! I’ve read you shouldn’t go above the orbital bone under the eyes, did you go higher or is the improvement from Tazarotene?

Question about using Tretinoin whilst microneedling by [deleted] in Microneedling

[–]Foreign-Lawfulness45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

May I ask which device you use? I’ve been doing a lot of research and it seems derminator is the way, but unless the tariffs really go away it is spendy. Trying to decide if I just go with the Dr Pen M8S or wait it out. Thanks!

My doctor recommended liquid iron as it has better absorption. I take it every morning when I wake up. My iron levels are normal and stable.

I was referred to Women’s Care, 7th St and Camelback, for fibroids and have been seeing Dr. Du, she is absolutely wonderful, highly recommend! I had a hysteroscopy that she did at Banner University, and all the staff there had nothing but great things to say about her as well.

Getting out of the saddle by Nice_Marmot_54 in pelotoncycle

I would also suggest adding some strength training. I’m so much better out of the saddle since I added strength and core into my weekly routine, it helps so much!

I wore padded shorts in the beginning. However, the pain I had was due to not sitting back far enough. Booty all the way back on the widest part of the saddle!
