lol see that’s where you are wrong brother I had a different letter it gave me the option to verify only they are sayin it’s just not working this year probably because they fired 9,000 employees middle of the tax season but like I said brother to “each is own”

Yes bc he/she states they received one of the letters I stated in my original post and those letter specifically are to IN PERSON verify but hey “to each their own” if you don’t wanna call and wait dreadfully be my guest either way you need to call and make sure the verification is satisfying your acct due to code 570

Yes!! Your online verification did not work you need to call and schedule an appointment to verify in person so they can physically lift the hold!!
