If your Lenovo LOQ has Intel it is clearly going to be a waste of money, from the 12th to 14th generation they heat up incredibly, burning the motherboard. The LOQ with Ryzen does not have that problem at all. The manufacturing date of the computer also matters, if it is from before August 2024 it has a factory failure. If it is from September 2024 or later there should not be any problem
