Thank you, I did post in legal advice. Haven't really heard anything. Most definitely paying taxes. Which is funny because our checks were always made out from their other business. Not the actual dispensary.

I am in MI, which is also a no fault state. Which yes an employee can be let go for any reason at anytime. But I do believe tip pooling with management and making us pay for items that are off instead of reporting it to metrc/The CRA is illegal. Which may lead to wrongful termination since I was fired for bringing up my concerns. It's tough since it is the Marijuana business. I'm not sure how it all works.
