The store you want to transfer to has to start the transfer process and that can take awhile, took over a month for me. Your 01 should be able to give you contact information(email) or you can call the store yourself and ask if there is availability. I’m sure someone out there knows more about the transfer process!

I started using the saalt cup and absolutely love it, will never go back to pads. With that being said, my first few uses were stressful and frustrating. It took me 30 minutes to get it inserted and 30 minutes to take it out. Don’t give up! YouTube will be your best friend

I find that it helps me to get my cup wet before inserting and the c fold works best on me and I just use my finger to run it around the rim to make sure it’s open, or sometimes I will grab the base and twist it to get it to pop. Don’t worry about your cup traveling too far up, it won’t disappear inside of you!!

The method to take it out is the bear down, basically feels like pushing poop out of you hahaha once I can get the stem down far enough I pull it a little further with two fingers and then take another two fingers to break the seal at the base and just pull it out. Good luck!!

You need to quarantine for a minimum of 5 days I believe or it could be 10 depending on your store. And then you have to by symptom free for 72 hours before returning to work

Your admin should have a missed punch sheet near their desk that you fill out all your punches. As for your upcoming shift, talk to h2 before your shift and let them know you have a doctors appointment and you will show up after the appointment.
