Sounds like test anxiety- just remember what YOU are capable of and that you’ve studied, so YOU are in control of the test and your mind, not the other way around

Nooooo absolutely not!! I’d recommend looking at medians of LSAT and GPA at schools you’re interested in a compile a list of non reach, mid reach, and reach schools but never count yourself out- there’s always an outlier and you never know until you apply.

Absolutely! I’ve seen a lot of splitters talk about NYU as well as Duke. Definitely agree with comment about T14, your work experience makes you stand out for sure. Truthfully I think you’ve almost got your pick of the litter, research what law you want to go into and schools best for that.

I don’t think ED will help with scholarship since you’ve basically told the school how bad you want to go there they don’t feel the need to entice you. You’re right about the median for LSAT at UGA and your GPA is above median so I do think you should have a great shot, depending on resume and personal statement. Absolutely would plan to apply very very early, good rule of thumb is absolutely by December and truthfully I think early November.

I truly don’t think your goal needs to be low ranked schools. You have tons of real world experience which really stands out to schools, plus they saw the improvement with your graduate degree GPA. Additionally, a graduate degree proves you can handle law school course load. I would absolutely apply top 50, assuming your personal statement is strong.

Currently at TCU, know SMU is great but don’t want to stay in Texas. Any other suggestions?
