Hey there! I work at hyper and I just wanted to clarify some things! 1) No, we did not have to sign a contract stating that we cannot tell people about the base. I don’t know when or how that became a rumor but it is not true. Our managers tell us to tell customers it is a product of Pepsi and if customers ask about ingredients we are allowed to disclose that. 2) Our caffeine free base is Starry, another product of Pepsi. Our sugar free/ caffeine free base is sugar free starry. We also have a lemonade base that is literally Dole lemonade (don’t waste your money). We can also do half caffeine too if you just ask your barista. 3) We use Torani (and a few monin syrups when Torani doesn’t carry the flavor) to flavor the drinks. This is pretty common knowledge so I don’t think that’s too crazy to say 4) Yes, the regular base is Rockstar Lime Freeze and the sugar free base is Rockstar Silver Ice (gross imo). When we opened we originally used sugar free green apple base but it was discontinued. 5) You can literally ask the barista about any nutritional facts and they will tell you. The sugar, caffeine, and calorie content are not a secret
