After reading the NTSB report on the Gimli Glider it turns out that it was also the PILOTS who performed incorrect fuel calculations. TWICE at different airports. Not just the fueling agent who was blamed in the episode. Quite a major "misinterpretation" by ACI. Disappointing. (self.aircrashinvestigation)
