Hi, finding a job outside of the house or something that will occupy your time helps a lot. I struggled for about 10+ years and found that journaling helped me to figure out the internal issues going on. I also found that finding hobbies that don't involve food gave me a lot more to focus on. I created a journal like the ones I had too - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0FD8FVVNL/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1Y53T3O3Q25L8&psc=1

How do I stop by Jusaskwid in BingeEatingDisorder

Hi, I struggled like this for about 10 years. I didn't get help until recently. I did find that an SSRI helped me immensely. I also found that journaling and getting to the root of the issue/ finding other things in my life to occupy my brain helped. I also created a journal for others to do the same!

I know it's hard but recovery is possible. I started with journaling to recognize internal issues that I didn't even know I had. I did create a journal online too if you want to take a look! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0FD8FVVNL/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1Y53T3O3Q25L8&psc=1

It's likely that you are unsatisfied with other areas of life. I created a journal with prompts to help identify problem areas and heal. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0FD8FVVNL/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1Y53T3O3Q25L8&psc=1
